As managing general partner for Eastgate Properties, I was responsible for
design and supervision of all construction and project details.
The property, featured in two issues of Home
Magazine, was gutted and rebuilt; transforming an early
1960's one story ranch to a two story, 7000+ square foot California
Contemporary. It sold in 6 weeks and was the highest price paid
for a house in the upper Bel-Air Road area at that time.
